Fluorescent penetration is one of the non-destructive flaw detection. The penetrating liquid containing fluorescent agent penetrates into the gaps or cracks on the surface of the workpiece through capillary pores, and the defects are identified by fluorescence. This detection method has the classification of penetration sensitivity. Therefore, the national defense high value-added components such as military industry, aerospace manufacturing, automobile and motorcycle heavy-duty aluminum forging, etc. all need to be inspected by this method.
